Selling to Pibs Exchange

Due to the current Global Pandemic, we have decided to proceed 

With the following precautions.

• Appointment only.

• Please arrive to your appointment on time, or you will need to reschedule.

• Clothes must be freshly washed of laundered.

• Clothes must be folded neatly in a box, laundry basket, or reusable bag.

• No trashbags, plastic grocery bags, luggage or loose clothing.

• No bedding, socks, or underwear.

• Maximum of two boxes or baskets per appointment.

• We ask that you remain in the store while we look through your clothing.

• We can only buy clothing that will sell in our store. We will look at the age and style (must be within a year old, or vintage clothing over 15 years.)

• We will look at the brand, season, condition, trend, supply and demand.

• There is a chance we may not be able to buy anything during your appointment.

• We understand that this can be frustrating: but we politely ask that you remain respectful and courteous to our staff.

• Any items we are able to purchase will be assigned a resale value: we will pay out 30% of this value in cash, or 55% in store credit.

• Any cash amount over 50$ will be written as a check.

• Customers must wear a mask in the store at all times.

• Customers must present a valid state ID such as a driver's license or passport in order to be paid out.

• failure to comply with the above guidelines will forfeit your appointment.

No one likes dirty, smelly clothes - please make sure all items are freshly laundered when bringing them in to sell. 

 

If you are selling your clothing and you wish to leave the items we couldn't take, we have weekly donation services pick up your unwanted clothes.
