Pibs Exchange Selling Guidelines​:

 Business hours 11am-9pm Mon-Sat 12pm-6pm Sun

• Please arrive to your appointment on time, or you will need to reschedule.

• We ask that you remain in the store while we look through your clothing. Appointments are 30 minutes  long.

• Any items we are able to purchase will be assigned a resale value: we will pay out 30% of this value in cash, or 55% in store credit.

• Any cash amount over 50$ will be written as a check.

• Customers must present a valid state ID such as a driver's license or passport in order to be paid out.

• Maximum of two boxes or baskets per appointment.

• Clothes must be freshly washed and free of animal hair.

• Clothes must be folded neatly in a box, laundry basket, or reusable bag.

• No trash bags, plastic grocery bags, luggage or loose clothing.

• No bedding, socks, or underwear.

• We will look at the brand, season, condition, trend, supply and demand.

• There is a chance we may not be able to buy anything during your appointment. We understand that this can be frustrating: but we politely ask that you remain respectful and courteous to our staff.

• Failure to comply with the above guidelines will forfeit your appointment.

We offer 55% of retail value as in-store-credit or 30% in cash for your gently used, Vintage and Name Brand clothing items and accessories!
